Four weeks that have made a positive impact in my life. Karla thank you for being the most wonderful coach, always listening and understanding the group and guiding us through this process. I have implemented several changes in my daily routines… if I am happy I sing loud and dance, if is not a good day I can always meditate and breathe. I appreciate myself so much more. The impact that Karla’s course has had on my life, has been huge for me. I recently attended Karla’s Breathwork class and had a wonderful experience! Karla taught us how proper breathing is invaluable to our mental, emotional and physical health. When Karla explained that we can go 30 days without food, 7 without water but only minutes without breathing, there was no denying just how important breathing really is! The techniques we learned were both invigorating and challenging – and I loved the movement we did in between. I left feeling simultaneously energized and relaxed!
