Integral Breathwork: We offer:
- 30 min. weekly Meditation through Breath classes.
- Quarterly – A 3 hour workshop to go more in depth and understand mastering the art of breathing for conscious mind / conscious breath – this is called Integral Breathwork. Start living your life, acting on the choices you make and release reacting to others. Be in place of confidence and grounding, let go of the traumas / emotions of the past that are holding you back. This can all be accomplished through breathing consciously in specific rhythms and durations.
- 90 min. weekly Breathwork classes to get familiar and practice Integral Breathwork on a weekly basis.
Ayurveda: Personal consultations – Finding your balance though Nutrition, Meditation, Pranayama, Best Daily Schedule and Habits for your Doshic constitution, Ayurvedic Head Massage, Chakra Balancing with Essential Oils, Aromatouch – Calibrating your Nervous System with Essential Oils.
All of our events are based on a monthly theme that allows for a deeper, more inspiring, clearing, clarifying, building and cleansing experience. Our events are great for clearing stagnant or static energies on a personal level as well as for team building – for sport or work, family members and employees.
